About Ken
I was born & raised in Philadelphia and have been living in central NJ since 1979. I have been married for 24 years. I have a 19 year-old son and a 17 year-old daughter. I graduated from Rider University with a BS in Business in 1979, and an MBA degree in 1987. I have worked for Johnson & Johson since 1998 as an internal consultant specializing in strategic planning, strategy execution, large-scale project/change management, and process improvement. Prior to that, I worked for 10 years at 2 different small consulting firms. Prior to that, I worked for AT&T as a systems analyst and computer programmer.
