Just like that fish you are holding in the picture you need more bait. What are trying to do? Put a plan together and communicate what you want and need. It's all about having a team concept and letting your team know what you need. Put it out there and let people tell you how they can help you in your project.

I'm interested to find out what the theme is behind your organization. I see a lot of orgs out there that are trying to support veterans. I'm wondering at what point will there be so many that is is overwelming. I am interested in finding out more. I do best by talking with someone aobut it rather than looking at a website.
