might try MEDICAL BILLING. I know several people who do this for doctors, dentists, etc. from home. Pay is very good. There are classes on this which you can probably get paid for by the Navy. Google schools in your community. Good Luck

Hi James: Amazon is always looking for work-from-home customer service reps.

Also, if business-to-business sales prospecting doesn't scare you, there are many companies hiring folks to work from home to book sales meetings for their sales team. I've been in that business for over 14 years. I'm giving FREE webinars this week on how to break in to business-to-business sales-appointment setting. This is not calling people at home. Average OTE is $72,000 per year for sales development reps. You don't necessarily need a degree either, and you don't have to close deals. You should know Microsoft Outlook and be coachable. Companies like Salesforce, Saia, and Amazon are always looking to fill positions. Message me through ACP if you are interested in the free webinar. Please note that I am not a recruiter, not personally hiring, nor do I sell any type of training services. Most people with a military background like us do pretty well in this profession so I am merely sharing the information for free.

Clark Howard has a nice guide. :

FlexJobs, a job search site focused on telecommuting jobs, including freelance, flexible and part-time opportunities, released its annual ranking of the top 100 companies offering remote jobs.

According to the report, the number of telecommuting job listings on FlexJobs’ site increased 11% in 2016 — and jumped 52% over the past two years.

To come up with the list, FlexJobs analyzed more than 47,000 companies in its database and ranked them by most remote-friendly jobs — those that offer some level of telecommuting — listed over the past year.

Hi James,
I'm not sure the types of positions you're looking for. Many travel and hospitality related companies offer work-from-home positions - hotel chains, airlines etc. These are typically customer service, phone positions. I suggest using Google to search things like "Marriott, work from home jobs" etc.

Good luck,
Lee
