As you have gathered from the prior posts, first you need to decide what it is you want to do. There are many resources to help you with this as mentioned as well as through this website. Customer service is highly useful internally and externally in many organizations.

Once you have a target area doing some research on those positions through informational interviews will help you prepare to pursue your goals.

As you know jobs are called something different in different organizations and companies.

Hi Daniel, very impressive experience and credentials that could lead you down several paths. Try a fun test, which is directional to get you thinking about different areas that may match your skills and likes. http://personality-testing.info/tests/RIASEC/
1) This is a personality test with no right or wrong answers that can then lead you to different career paths options and give you guidance on salary , sector growth etc.
2) Consider sales as an option in a variety of different fields--medical equipment or pharmacy, software, etc. You can combine your passion for the customer, pharmacy experience and obvious good logic and discipline skills to sell and drive a business--that's one place where the money is--driving a business and being seen as a revenue generator.
3) Make a list of your " transferable skills" and lead with them on your resume with examples. Google the term and you'll get endless ideas as well as the confidence that you have more knowledge and experience than you probably realize that can transfer over to multiple sectors.

Hi Daniel - nice background. What is it you want to do ? Do you want to be a Pharma tech or talk on the phone as a CSR ?

The skills you mention are nice skills (empathy, problem solving, listening) but they won't land you a job. What lands people jobs is possessing skills that are demanded in the marketplace. Such as Cyber-security or Artificial Intelligence certifications.

When reading through job descriptions, it is very rare I find one that demands empathy or listening. I find lots and lots of job descriptions that demand very specific , quantifiable skillset.

Browse the salary guide to get an idea of what roles that might interest you.
