About Mike

After an extraordinary career with two premium corporations, I have created my own consulting company to bring my leadership and management skills to both individuals and organizations seeking to achieve their ultimate potential. There are 3 areas of expertise that I can provide guidance on with a proven style that focuses on keeping it simple and getting results.

1) Talent Development: whether it is working with an individual or an organization, an assessment of current skill sets then developing strategies and action plans to significantly elevate capabilities and performance. Basic skills like resume and cover letter preparation, assessing transferable skills, conducting a job search, prepping for the interview to advanced skills like persuasive and public speaking and writing business plans are my expertise. My program is called " Achieving Your Ultimate Career Potential" and covers many other skills.

2) Supply Chain Model: for the apparel industry, an assessment of your current design, development, merchandising, procurement and inventory management model with recommendations on how to evolve for maximum margin . For an individual considering fashion or retail as a career , I can provide in depth knowledge on a variety of issues to help you in any way possible.

3) Leading Execution: For any organization, a review of your current strategies to ensure that there is a focus, with proper goals, business plans and metrics to measure . For an individual, I can help you set personal goals or assist you developing goals for your new business career .

I am a proud American and have a strong desire to give back to those who have served our nation by volunteering any knowledge and advice that I can share to assist any past or present member of our armed forces.
