I'm seeking some help on how to drop a job package for ealy separation from the army. The purpose is accepting employment.

HM is absolutely correct. Finish your commitment then find a job. Your young in your career and many opportunities will present themselves. You will want that honorable discharge and will forever regret leaving early if you do.
