Hi Brahiam, I recently signed up with videofruit.com to participate in their free online sessions for user growth and email marketing. I think this might be a great way for your to increase your market and learn tools for email collection. The free classes they offer are great for starting businesses.

UNDERCAPITALIZED: do you mean the company has insufficient funds to grow, expand, increase inventory ............. or, excessive debt.

Is the company profitable - healthy or just marginal ?

Question: Fayetteville a healthy, growing community ? Is the population dominated by young families ( often 2, wage earners ) or elder couples ( likely careful spenders ) ?

Family businesses often fail for a variety reasons...... FACT: NATURAL COLLISIONS WITH FAMILY MEMBERS ( LOVE EACH OTHER ) & MUST BE PROFITABLE ( ONE OR ANOTHER DOES NOT CARRY THEIR LOAD & 'MUST BE FIRED'. Painful.
Tons of information about family businesses on line. Check it out.
Good luck - Gene
