I've had braces for two years and just had jaw surgery I will need about another year of treatment and I will be to old for Tricare through the National Guard.How can I continue to pay for my orthodontist once I ETS.

I work for a dentist who's son is a disabled vet and he has a big heart for vets. Send me a description of the work you need done and I will see if I can make it happen for you.

Other than this option, there are services like Care Credit and (better yet) compassionatefinance.com (in Dallas, owned by a dentist) which can finance for up to 72 months.
