Tyler, that really depends on the requirements of the job. You don't have to tell anyone about your discharge, etc past Honorable, etc. You also do not have to inform your employer about any disability. Look for what you want to do, look at the requirements and then apply and do your best no matter where you land. I am 80% rated by the VA and it doesn't conflict with my chosen job. Luckily there aren't too many jobs that require wearing body armor and equipment, etc for 12 hours a day. If you want to go into law enforcement, ask police officers, etc about what they typically do, the academy/entrance requirements, etc. Good luck!

I agree that the best thing to do would be to decide first what you are passionate about and then determine within that space what jobs fit you skill-set and physical ability. I saw on your profile that you are interested in any profession and are completing a degree. It is great to be really open minded, but employers are looking for candidates with passion about the work. What are you passionate about?
