BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 or more years management experience in accounting, finance, or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
- Self-starting, highly detailed individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and remotely.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Update Client financials in accordance with BPR Workflows and SOPs.
- Reconcile all accounts and save Reconciliation Reports to ShareFile.
- Transactional Review of Client financials prior to running Reporting - reference Comprehensive Checklist.
- Address questions and/or update Reporting per Controller and CFO comments.
- Pull backup documentation (bank & credit card statements, payroll reports & taxes, etc.) & save to ShareFile.
- Save Reporting to client folder and share with Client.
- Provide workflow support/documentation for Clients, as needed.
- 1099 Prep for all Clients
- Assist with New Client clean-up projects, as needed.

Training and Development
- QBO ProAdvisor (required) or Advanced ProAdvisor (preferred)
- Certified Bookkeeper Certification (preferred)
- Excellent Excel skills (required)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
