About Michael
I am an Accountant (CPA) in the outsource CFO / Business Advisory space. My background includes 5 years of experience in Public Accounting (Audit), with the majority of my experience working in large banks or hedge funds. My areas of expertise include: Budgeting, planning and financial analysis, regulatory reporting, team building, executive presentations, business management, vendor negotiations and staff development.
Before joining BPR I was involved in 2 acquisition transactions: one on the buy side (as an Advisory Board member) and one as seller (as CFO of the target company).
