About Mike
I serverd from 2000-2003 in Freiburg, Germany as a19K- a M1A1 Tank crew memeber and was discharged with a 20% medical disability. From there, I took advantage of the VR&E Chapter 31 program and completed my Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies with a focus in HR. 3 months after graduation, I was able to find an opportunity at a Chambers of Commerece Event- Hiring Our Hero's with JP Morgan Chase as a recruiter in a contract role. One year after that assignment, I was let go due to an internal restructuring. Seven months later, I found another opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition Team with Zurich North America where I was brought on as a contractor. Four months later, I was offered a position to become a full time employee as the Military Recruiting Point of contact.
