Hello! I commissioned in May 2016. Since May 2017, I have served as the Deputy Comptroller of Information Group (II Marine Expeditionary Force), with the exception of a deployment in 2019 as an Financial Management Officer-in-Charge in support of Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (Crisis Response Africa). I also concurrently serve as a Uniformed Victim Advocate, which is essentially a case manager/program manager for military members who are victims of sexual assault. My command nominated me in this capacity as an exemplary victim advocate.
I oversaw the budget formulation and execution of higher headquarters accounts as well as operational units, managing diversified appropriations and mission requirements. My military career refined my ability to synergize with other staff sections for achieving goals, communicate effectively with clients and supervisors, and find innovative solutions to refining business processes. I am an eternal student and during my final year of active service, I have dedicated myself to networking, researching, and sharpening the tools necessary to be marketable in this sector. I am also actively pursuing my Chartered Financial Consultant credential.
