I've been a high-level customer advocate and crisis manager for post-sales client concerns. My expertise includes creating, implementing and directing a wide variety of customer support projects and technical sales engagements across many industries. I am considered a trusted advisor by the clients I serve. I am a retired MSG of 22 years with the Mass Army National Guard and currently volunteer as a District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America with the Narragansett Council. I enjoy the outdoors with my family and are celebrating my 40th year of marriage.
