About Iris
With a strong and long career in HR, my passion is helping people. Helping them solve problems. Helping them move forward. My social science/Psychology degree has served me well, particularly during my many years as an HR Consultant.
My father was in the Air Force (as a career). When he was forced to retire, he went to teach in a military academy.
I have found applicants with a military background to be extremely focused and dedicated to their work. It saddens me there has to be an organization to assist ex-military personnel in getting a job -- we should be considering them first!
