About Michael
Michael is a senior partner with Transformational Leadership Coaching and Consulting (TLCC), LLC. He works with executives and managers who have an urgent need to shift organizational capacity and business results. He supports managers who need to accelerate the development of transformational leaders through coaching and an integrated leadership development process.
Michael is a seasoned leadership coach and process improvement consultant with demonstrated success. He works with companies to develop strategic goals, an implementation strategy, provide effective leadership coaching, build effective teams, and engage the organization in a collaborative effort to create sustainable solutions delivering 20-30% improvement in business performance.
Michael has been involved in leadership, organizational, and people development for 30 years. He has been in manufacturing, operations, and Human Resource roles for DuPont within a site, manufacturing business, region, and global responsibilities.
Michael graduated from Lamar University, in Beaumont, TX, with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science (BAAS), specializing in communication and organizational development. Michael has also completed the Leadership Coaching program with Georgetown University. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Coach Federation of Greater Richmond (ICFGR).
