About Diane

I have been retired for 3 years and spent 17 years as the Human Resources Manager for a 1300-member law enforcement agency. While I was a generalist, I have specific expertise in the areas of recruitment and selection and employment law. Both in a career counseling role and as the hiring executive of a rapidly-growning agency, I have knowledge and experience that could help job-seekers with resume-writing and interview skills. On a personal level, I am 65, married to a veteran, have 2 children and 6 grandchildren and split my time betwen southwest Florida and western New York. I have been looking for just such a volunteer opportunity as this to give back to our military members for all that they do.
