About Michele
I have my MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. I have worked in HR for my entire career at both large and small organizations. I am currently the VP of HR for a small non-profit that works with kids who are at risk of being removed from their homes or who have already been removed due to behavior issues largely stemming from extreme trauma or abuse. Prior to that I have worked with Pratt & Whitney, The Travelers, GE Capital and Deloitte.
On the side I have a few clients that I provide career coaching too.
