About Stephen
I am a retired Contract Security and Project Manager with 37 years experience in the Nuclear Power Industry managing security program requirements for two electrical generating utilities at their Nuclear Power Stations and during the plants subsequent dismantlement. I was also a fuel storage facility Project Manager for 10 years and Michigan States Licensing Branch Manager for three electrical generating stations.
I am a Viet Nam Vet having served a four year hitch in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronic Technician and Aircrewman on P-3 Orions.
I have a vast catalog of experience in leadership, business management, contact development, union contracts and negotiatons, human resources and personnel management, hiring, background and screening, procedural developement and implimentaton and training.
In my spare time I have enjoyed being an Amateur Radio Operator, Private Pilot, Horseman and Gardener.
