About Domonick
I'm currently Active Duty Army and will retire 1/1/2021. I am taking the opportunity to utilize the programs in place to place myself in a good situation once I begin the transition process. A little about me includes the following : Information Technology (IT) Professional with over 20 years’ experience in IT management, leadership, operations, support and training within the Department of Defense. I have had the pleasure to be in a position to supervise cross–functional teams consisting of 20-150 personnel. My diverse career opportunities have provided me with highly specialized experience in unclassified to TS-SCI areas of IT Program and Project Management, Strategic Planning, Information System Operations, IT Services Delivery and Support, Change Management and Process Improvement up to Executive Levels.
In addition, to my professional skills and abilities, I am well versed in the areas of mentorship, counseling, scheduling, manpower, conflict resolution, status tracking and reporting, customer service operations, contract management, and vendor management.

As for my actual passion, that is the trouble I'm having. I've been in the Information Technology world for 20+ years and have accomplished a lot. I'm been everything from the lowest worker bee in Army Unit to managing IT projects at the White House. With that being said I love to assist people in IT tasks, manage small teams, and organize IT projects / tasks. Now I know that didn't paint a clear picture on what exact job I'm looking for but hopefully this program can help me find that focus.
