About John

I am retiring Navy Chief CTT with 20 years of services. I have 13 months till retirement so really looking narrow things down for focus and clarity. I currently don't have a professional photo to post as of yet for this site but hope to have one up soon. I have recently completed my MBA in Cyber Security and finishing up my IBM Cyber Security Professional Certificate from Coursera. I not 100% sold on what industry and exact profession to go into. I have thought of the fintech industry but not sure of the grow and entry potential for veterans there. I really would like to work remotely and dedicate more time to my family. Cyber is the field but I have not chosen a specific path. I have also been told to be open minded when looking into a new career, so I am any suggestions or recommendations would be great. I am also here get as much mentoring, networking, and support during this transition. I am passionate about serving my Lord Jesus Christ, helping others, improving operations or businesses, finance, creative writing. voice acting/over, and AI technologies. Thank you all on your time, support, and guidance during my transition, and first step back into the civilian world!
