About Nashid
Vietnam combat veteran enlisted 08/1969-05/1971. Woodturning is a passion that I’ve had since high school! High school graduate, retired. I tried unsuccessfully to get a sponsor for woodworking equipment to use for therapy for PTSD.
I worked many, many jobs since being discharged in 1971. Security is one of the many jobs that I worked.
While working security @ WGBH RADIO AND TV I was asked to do some voice recordings the engineers liked my voice, and I took workshops w/ onair radio personalities and I have recordings that I did that was played on BBC, NPR and WGBH.
So instead of begging for a sponsor for equipment for therapy are there any assistance in getting into voice acting?
