About Brian

I started out as a bookstore clerk in a local college. I went to college as a Psychology major with a Music Education minor and decided that if I wanted to teach I needed more practical experience. I joined the Army as an 02C20, a baritone player. But, the experience I got in the Army Band was a whole lot of people who were indulging in substance abuse and prostitution. I left before the band was mostly disbanded and became a behavioral science specialist and clerk. It was the best job I ever had. I've also been a teacher, magazine writer, web site developer, salesman, and an activity aide at a nursing home. I learned to believe in teamwork, reliability, discipline as a means to take the initiative to complete all assigned and implied tasks while I was in the military. Joining the US Army turned out to be the best decision I ever made. The Army made me a stronger person.
