About Michael
I am an experienced leader that served over 9 years in US Army transportation/logistics, holding positions as platoon leader. executive officer, company commander, brigade logistics officer, and operations officer. After transitioning in early 2015, I have been working as a project manager for athenahealth in Atlanta, GA. In this position I am responsible for the full project lifecycle, from kick-off to post-live support, implementation of athena's cloud-based hospital EHR/RCM/patient engagement solution.
I also hold a Finance degree from Auburn University (War Eagle!). I am looking to network and leverage my leadership and technical experience to find a position in the healthcare/IT, project management, or consulting industry.
