About Andrea
I am currently employed with IBM, the world's largest IT provider, as a first line manager of technical architects and practitioners. Professional, technical, and personal development of my direct reports is the lion share of my work now, but I am an IT application architect with over 15 years of experience in designing and delivering application architectures and IT solutions.
I design solution architectures that include hardware, software, networks, and most importantly, custom application development. As an application architect, my strength is in leading the technical aspects of architectures and interfacing with my development teams, my customers, and my operations teams.
