I am a 20+ year Navy Veteran - a retired Navy Frogman & Explosive Ordnance Disposal (Bomb Squad) member.
My passion is "Coaching." - Coaching Business Leaders on Strategic Planning, Performance Scorecards & Business Process Improvement & my specialty, the Baldrige Criteria for Organizational Performance Excellence.
2ndly, Career Coaching which has been my profession for the last 12 years, helping individuals in their career & job search providing the full spectrum of servics.
Finally, physically training young men and women to compete and win a contract for becoming a U.S. Navy SEAL.

I have a Bachelors from the University of New York/United States Naval Academy, a Masters of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and most recently obtained the NCDA Career Development Facilitator designation.
