I'm an operations/engineering executive who has moved around quite a bit since retiring in 2011 from The Submarine force. I've been in the utilities business a couple times, telecom for short while building a training program, ran a Target store for a year, started my own business, worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and now Redaptive and been through all the ups and downs between those roles and am happy to share what I've learned.
