About Todd
I've been in the insurance industry for all of my 13 professional years. Started my career at State Farm Insurance at their home office developing education for agents and team members. Then I went to the field in sales management where I helped train new agent team members and new agents on sales, marketing and technology through adult learning principles. This was one of my favorite jobs as no day was exactly the same and it is thrilling to teach someone something and watch them run with it to be more successful in their business or job.
That experience led me to open my own SF agency but didn't love it as much as I thought I would which led me to Allstate Insurance company back in the training and education world.
I love to watch all Chicago sports and am a huge University of Illinois sports fan (as tough as that is).
