In my current role, I am responsible for day-to-day management of execution and operations of the Program Execution group working with Senior Leadership, Vice Presidents, Program Managers on pre-award readiness, program transition, program reviews, independent program reviews, navigating and facilitating understanding of shared services support, and centralized PM training to include shared services offerings. I work in close in collaboration with Operational Leaders, Program Managers and Shared Services to develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement, measure success against those strategies and implement progress checks to ensure accountability related to program management support. I provide oversight of the Environment Safety & Health Division related to risk management and program execution initiatives.
