About Jack

I am a financial professional whose passion has always been about mobile technology. In addition to being a management consulting with my own practice, I am also the CEO and CoFounder of a mobile app company called Loud-Hailer. As co-inventor of the idea for Loud-Hailer, I am involved in all aspects of the designers and developers, working closely with every member of the team and benefiting from my experience of managing networks, systems and data on Wall Street. I started my professional career as a securities and corporate lawyer at Willkie Farr & Gallagher before moving to the prestigious law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell. I eventually moved to the business side working first as a Senior Analyst at Moody’s Investors Service rating various financial products. I have experience building new platforms and managing businesses when I served as a Chief Operating Officer in the asset management industry. For over 4 years I have worked as a management consultant earning a reputation for being an expert of the financial markets. I have appeared on the CBS Evening News and been quoted or cited in a number of newspapers and trade journals, including Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Bloomberg News, Market Watch News Hub, Risk, Creditflux, Asset-Backed Alert and Structured Credit Investor. I received my undergraduate degree from Columbia College, Columbia University and my legal degree with honors from Fordham University School of Law where I was Senior Articles Editors of the Fordham Law Review.
