About Lori
I grew up in a military family (father, uncle, grandfather) and have deep respect for the veterans who serve our country willingly. I've worked in Marketing and Business Development at Xerox Services for more than 15 years as well as other Fortune 500 companies in the past 2+ decades. In my current role I manage a global sales support team that provides a wide variety of marketing and administrative services to our professional sales teams from developing collateral, managing bid proposals, sales pipeline tracking and reporting, solution and selling strategy, sales training, contract administration and client site visits.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the most creative and innovative minds in the executive sales profession. Some of our most successful sales executives spent time in the military and the skills they learned during active duty are a great foundation and I believe give them an added advantage.
My passion is effective business communication. A resume, portfolio or even LinkedIn profile is the first impression we make with a prospective employer. A well done resume can open doors. And poorly executed resumes can leave a negative impression that is hard to overcome. Having hired dozens of proposal writers and marketing assistants, if the resume has errors or is poorly written I don’t go any farther. I enjoy helping professionals “sell” themselves through a well-crafted resume.
