About Carolyn
I retired from the Air National Guard in 1993 with a 20 year career in Telecommunications (first 5 years were Active Duty AF). While serving in the ANG, I obtained a position with Lockheed and have been blessed with multiple "mini-careers" through my 35 years with the company (Now known as Lockheed Martin!).
(I was 12 when I started at LM - HA!) :)
Some of those mini-careers:
- Data Management
- Human Resources/Staffing
- Program Administration
- Faciliation of Process Improvements (Lean/Six Sigma) and Partnering Workshops with senior leaders and governement counterparts.
On a personal level...I was born and raised on a small farm in northeast Nebraska. Siblings all stayed in that area so I have two homes...there and my current home state of Colorado! I enjoy participating in various activities through my church and spending time with family/friends exploring the arts and enjoying Colorado.
