Hello,
Have you checked on the Apollo Veterans Talent Network?
https://www.apollovetnet.com/?msclkid=119c2844bf2111ecbead57bc024d96a4

Apollo is one of the world’s largest alternative investment managers and uniquely positioned to help veterans find meaningful employment opportunities. Apollo-managed funds invest in many companies that are committed to hiring and retaining veterans, National Guard, Reserve, and military spouses and partners.

I’d suggest that you network at the target company or industry. Use LinkedIn to find people already working there and reach out to them. Ask them the process they used to get hired and ask them to help you navigate the hiring process and if they are willing, ask them to submit you as a referral. These activities require much more time on your part but in my opinion would greatly increase your chances for success. Good luck!

Hi Monty - I currently work at Wells Fargo and would be happy to help out any way that I can. You can look up current job opportunities here at https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/military.
There should be a section titled "Join Our Team" towards the bottom. If you see any openings you might find interesting, please let me know and I'd be happy to refer you directly. Also if you have any veteran specific questions the site couldn't offer answers to, you may email MilitaryRecruiting@wellsfargo.com. Let me know if you have any questions. I hope this helps.

Monty, thank you for your service and for reaching out on here. I highly suggest you apply as a veteran protege to ACP's mentoring program. You can find the application here: https://www.acp-usa.org/mentoring-program/veteran-application and you'll be able to work closely with an experienced mentor that can not only speak towards mortgage's, but the entire real estate industry and any other interests you might have.
