In general, BP is looking for individuals who can handle a high level of responsibility, who can work well in a dynamic and competitive environment and who can adapt to regions with different requirements (we work in 60+ countries on 6 continents) - sound familiar? At the same time, you have to be humble enough to ask for support when you reach a roadblock. No one person knows everything about everything. BP maintains subject matter experts in just about every field imaginable to support teams.
