Wells Fargo veteran program interview

Veteran

Thomas Davis Fairfax, VA

I have a behavioral interview coming up. I know Wells Fargo participated in the ACP program. I was wondering if anyone has gone through the program, or interview process. As to what type of questions they ask. I have no finance / business experience, I have a B.S in business administration.

Behavior Based Interviews address the following:
1. Are you coachable?
2. Are you competitive and do you demonstrate drive and commitment?
3. Are you ethical and do you have integrity?
4. Do you leverage networks and natural markets?
5. Are you a good communicator?
6. Do you have a track record of success?
7. Do you believe in yourself and what you do/can do?
8. Are you professional?

Be prepared to answer with specific examples of each of these. I hope this helps

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for your 8 years of service. I cannot speak directly to the specifications of the interview process for the Wells Fargo veteran program. However, we do have a number of advisors from Well Fargo on this website who you are more than welcome to reach out to, to see if they may have some familiarity with the interview process. I would encourage you to utilize the community section of ACP Advisor Net and conduct a search in the company search bar. This will give you access to a number of available advisors from Well Fargo who may be able to advise you in preparing for the behavioral interview. Feel free to private message the advisors in regards to your inquiry as well.

I hope this was helpful.

Best,
ACP Staff
