I have a behavioral interview coming up. I know Wells Fargo participated in the ACP program. I was wondering if anyone has gone through the program, or interview process. As to what type of questions they ask. I have no finance / business experience, I have a B.S in business administration.

Behavior Based Interviews address the following:
1. Are you coachable?
2. Are you competitive and do you demonstrate drive and commitment?
3. Are you ethical and do you have integrity?
4. Do you leverage networks and natural markets?
5. Are you a good communicator?
6. Do you have a track record of success?
7. Do you believe in yourself and what you do/can do?
8. Are you professional?
Be prepared to answer with specific examples of each of these. I hope this helps

Thank you for your 8 years of service. I cannot speak directly to the specifications of the interview process for the Wells Fargo veteran program.
