Hi Moises,

I suggest you look at Robert Half Technology through their website open positions, let them know you're interested in full-time employment at Robert Half. IF they don't have an open position in their office, have them direct you to one of their recruiters. They have a team of professionals who specifically manage full-time placement of technology candidates. If you do a search for open "Network Engineer" positions in Dallas, you should find a number of recent results. If you're still on duty, they should be able to conduct pre-interview with you via Skype. https://www.roberthalf.com/technology/jobs/network-engineer/dallas-tx (advice when you make it this far, suit up, even if it is a virtual meeting). Best of luck!

Hi Moises,

Thanks so much for reaching out. I am actually a recruiter here with Deloitte, and my best advice would be for you to research the recruiters or leaders at the various firms you listed, and connect with/reach out directly to them via LinkedIn to express your interest.

I would also suggest that you tailor your communications specific to each company and opportunity, and why you're interested. Keep it direct and succinct, but express your specific interest. You could also in tandem apply to any positions at those firms that are of interest to you, and reference those positions in your communications.

I hope this helps, please feel free to reach out again if you have any further questions!

Thank you!
Sasha

Hi Moises,

Houston and expecially the whole state of Texas, is very high tech in Telecom. Networking . Companies that love hiring Military folks would be Nokia, Cisco, Ericsson and AT&T . All these companies have work now, especially focused on 5G wireless transition from 4G-LTE. Look at the individual web-sites under career and hopefully you will get a good idea of work that is needed.

Hope these suggestions help in your search . Good Luck .

Fred
