Hi Jesus:
There are some states which are more friendly to businesses than others (Texas and Virginia are at the top) but there are others also that you can do a Google search. I suggest before you spend your money to contact some national tax preparers such as H&R Block and ask them if you can work for them for some time to get an idea of how they run their business. The experience will be very valuable to help launch your own business. Please be careful investing money upfront as people will make a lot of promises and deliver nothing or very little in return so the better armed you are with knowledge and experience the better your chances of success.

Hello Jesus, I went to a credit class yesterday and the instructor was actually asking for volunteers that are willing to get training to do taxes for the community. I share that with you because first, you might want to market yourself as a consultant for small to large organizations to help them do their taxes.
Second, you may want to contact several local banks and let them know what you do and how you can be of service to them.

The key is to let them know what you do.
