I have private sector resume that's had several versions since I began writing it a year ago. I would like for someone that is in the private sector and in the transportation and/or logistics field to critique my resume.
Does the overall resume makes sense?
Does it needs to be demilitarized even more?
Am I explaining my duties enough for a civilian hiring manager or HR can understand what I have done or the level I worked?
Does the resume have the keywords that should be present?
Are there any accomplishments that needs to be deleted and/or replaced?
I feel like I have maxed out my resume writing capabilities and considering paying a resume writing service. Any assistance would be appreciated. I can be reached at tstreeter4@gmail.com . Thanks.

Mark...you are absolutely correct. I will say that Jane provided some information that needed to be clarified or she needed clarification when she over looked my resume. That was something I was looking for in the critique. Looking at a job description could not help me in this situation. She had to dig a little and ask me follow-on questions to get a clear picture. That is what I do not want when someone view my resume. If a recruiter or anyone have to dig for answers at first glance. Its over...delete/trash. Thanks .
Please feel free to send to me. Jgreenwald@gilberttweed.com. I will give my comments. I am a recruiter so I see a lot of resumes. It may take me a bit to get back. This week is crazy but I will get back ASAP
