Responsibilities

• Assist our Desktop Support Team with imaging, installing and migrating data for our clients’ units

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and composing technical information

• Responsible for translating technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-tech personnel - Other duties as assigned Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust

• Familiarity with MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit)

• Experience with BigFix Operating System Deployment (OSD)

• Symantec Ghost Imaging - Organizational skills – inventory management

• Familiarity with Sunflower, Remedy, and other Asset Management Tools

• Ability to communicate with executive level staff

• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast paced environment

• Ability to work alone and in a team environment

• Teamwork – the willingness to support the team to the end result of meeting the client needs - May require lifting hardware up to 40 lbs. from building to building

• Must have Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills

Desired Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ Certification
