Job Duties & Qualifications:
Set up welding equipment to appropriate parameters as needed per job. Prepare metal surfaces or workpieces, using hand-operated equipment, such as grinders, cutters, torches, or drills.
TIG Weld aluminum, thin (1/16") material, and perform fabrication techniques. Steel and Stainless Steel not required but preferred.
Produce parts according to print specifications and scheduling requirements. Ability to read blueprints preferred
Assemble, align, and clamp workpieces into holding fixtures.
Prepare & transfer components, or metal products, using moving equipment.
Keep machinery and work area clean and orderly.
All DWT employees are required to follow safe work practices
This job requires lifting 25lbs on a frequently throughout the day.
Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks as needed.
