Job Description
Aramark is looking for a true leader within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) segment to lead our Aerospace and Defense Portfolio Services Support Team.

As an individual, you will have demonstrable experience in leading teams and collaborating with operations to deliver IFM model outcomes including Service Delivery (e.g. Hard Services, Soft Services and Continuous Improvement), Supply Chain Management (e.g. Supplier Rationalization and Improvement), Management Information Systems & Tools

Leveraging your experience, in this role you will lead a team of functional directors (Service Engineering & Support, Technology & Systems, Sourcing & Supply Chain) for our growing Aerospace and Defense portfolio. This team is currently envisioned to have five (3) direct reports, and up to 11 indirect reports, with skill sets including Field Support Engineering (Hard & Soft Services), Continuous Improvement/Lean 6σ, Asset Strategy and Support, Maximo Implementation and Delivery, MIS Systems (e.g. Smartsheet, CLIQ/PowerBI, other tools), & IFM Sourcing Teams

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the drive to support both people and processes, a strong sense of teamwork and ownership, and an interest in in a dynamic environment that provides opportunities to develop professionally, as this role will have reporting relationships to Vice President – Aerospace & Defense.

This position is remote, but travel is required to support business needs.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide support and assistance, either directly or through team members, to ensure operational outcomes are met.
• Champion continuous improvement for both site and portfolio level activities and enable us to execute by working smarter-not harder.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ, Aramark, and Client safety and health regulations, working with all levels of the organization to ensure compliance safety standards/codes and employee protection.
• Facilitate, actively engage in and/or lead mobilization and transition activities to support the Aerospace and Defense growth journey.
• Facilitate, collaborate, coach and embody commonality and consistency within systems, process, and tools within the portfolio
• Participate in incident/event investigations (e.g. RCA) & communicate findings and ensure closure of action items.
• Evaluate current processes and service delivery models at our sites and collaboratively develop gap analyses and service delivery recommendations and solutions and facilitate their alignment and execution.
• Supports monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and trending of performance measures identified on the Quality Control Plan.

Qualifications
• 10+ years direct IFM Leadership (General Manager or Similar Leadership Position) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Management with 5 (five) years of experience in direct Operational Leadership.
• Formal Continuous Improvement (e.g. Lean 6σ) leadership experience
• Above average oral and written communication skills as this role must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus - but not required for this position
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use those skills in conducting incident/event fact-finding and risk mitigation
• Ability to produce and communicate detailed reports.
• Attention to detail and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines and timelines.
• Experience with Maximo, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, and Word, and other software.

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $103,800 to $181,650, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
