Position Overview
SubCom is seeking an Oracle EBS Supply Chain & Manufacturing Applications Senior Developer & Techno-Functional Analyst to join the SubCom Oracle ERP Implementation and Support team. The candidate will be involved in the implementation of high-profile projects related to Oracle EBS (12.2.4) MFG Modules while providing daily production support to the Oracle ERP System users. In addition, the applicant will be working with the Oracle Support Team modifications requests and ERP System enhancements implementation.
Responsibilities
• Participate actively in requirement gathering, development effort estimation, creating Functional Design document (MD50), Technical Design Document (MD70), and perform Oracle EBS Application setup and configuration
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD100) based on provided requirements
• Produce release plan, testing cycles and implementation Instructions documents for development and UAT
• Ensure proper interaction with users, and provide technical input/feedback for different projects and technical deliverables
• Analyze business requirements to produce technical requirements and architecture
• Develop and customize reports, interfaces, conversion scripts and workflow components
• Design, code, and test inbound and outbound interfaces using Oracle development tools
• Develop and modify Oracle workflows, forms, OAF pages, PL/SQL scripts, packages and DB objects using Oracle Technologies tools such as Developer Suite, Toad, XML/BI Publisher, Developer, forms builder, workflow builder
• Provide Production support to current Oracle ERP Application users
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in CS or Software Engineering
• 8+ years of advanced working skills with Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite) R12 in MES, BOM, OM, INV, WIP, WSH and PO modules
• SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports and Discoverer, OAF
• Extensive experience working on Supply Chain Modules (INV, WIP (discrete manufacturing), MES, BOM, PO, RCV, Cycle Counts)
• Proficient in development & customization of RICEW Components
• Strong Technical knowledge on Order to Cash (O2C) and Manufacturing process (Discrete
Manufacturing)
• Hands on experience working with AOL objects like concurrent programs, flex fields, values set, look ups
• Advanced knowledge of utilizing API’s
• Hands on experience in Unix
• Experience developing inbound and outbound interfaces to load the data from legacy systems using PL/SQL and SQL * Loader and UTL_FILE Package (Items, BOM, ROUTE, PO, WIP, Onhand interfaces etc.)
• Highly Experienced in creating conversion scripts (PO, BOM, Items, WO and SO)
• Extensive experience working on XML reports with multiple data sources
• Proficient in development and customization of reports
• Proficient in form personalization (AOF)
• Proficient in writing packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers and using SQL, PLSQL
• Well verse with Oracle AIM, should have written MD70s/MD120s
• Excellent knowledge of Discoverer (Report Development and maintenance)
