Description
General Summary: Brillient Corporation is seeking an experienced analyst to join it's Team supporting a federal contract. This role will assist OFAS with posting of documents and data for the OFAS inventories to the FDA web site. Assist in redaction efforts and data curation related to submissions received by OFAS.

Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate with OFAS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine which documents and/or data should be posted to the website and when they should be posted.
Redact PDF documents to remove personal or confidential information as identified by OFAS SMEs.
Process documents to be posted to the web site such that the PDFs are Section 508 compliant for web accessibility and meet any additional FDA web site requirements. These documents are expected to include submissions from industry such as, but not limited to, Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) Notices and Environmental Assessments, as well as FDA-generated documents such as letters or memoranda related to any submissions to OFAS. Documents may need review by SMEs at various stages before posting.
Aid in substance and regulatory data curation so updates can be included in OFAS web inventories.
Maintain records of progress/completion for each PDF document being posted on the web, and for any data curated (added/edited/deleted) for listing in any of the inventories.
Train other staff and Quality Control (QC) their work with respect to tasks listed in 1 through 5 above.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Requirement: Minimum four (4) years of related experience.

Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card holder and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance. For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date. You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

Work Environment: Work performed in an office environment. Involves frequent contact with staff and customers.

Mental/Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity for office machine operation; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Must be able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time. Stress can be triggered by multiple demands and deadlines.
