The Nature's Bounty Co.'s Natural Products Group, with its portfolio of brands including Solgar, American Health, and Home Health is currently recruiting for a Department Administrator!

This role will be responsible for administrative and office management support. Candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills, knowledge and perception of what constitutes urgent/non-urgent attention. This position will support complex correspondence and reports, relaying confidential information, and management of the Departments Intranet and SharePoint Sites.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Heavy calendar management for complex meeting scheduling with ownership on conference room and IT logistics, food & beverage, and related correspondence to all participants.
•T& compilation of documents for domestic and international travel; expense reimbursement activities, and itinerary management.
•Correspondence & Office Support including communication materials and screening of inbound phone calls using sound judgement. Arrange conference calls and own the related correspondence to all participants.
•Creates and maintains department organization charts using PowerPoint and related software.
•Office Management: Liaison between various building & facility contacts including, but not limited to facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services; building maintenance & services logistics.
•Organize and track purchase orders in iBuy, monitoring and maintaining office supply budget and inventory.
•Purchase & maintain office library (manuals/books).
•Manage office equipment (call for repairs, order toner, replace waste box)
•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience providing administrative support to Executive Leadership including calendar and T&E management.

Must have worked for a large 'matrix' organization with the ability to navigate processes and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with Sharepoint highly preferred.

Proven analytical skills (e.g. data analysis, business processes).

Ability to act in a customer-service oriented capacity with stakeholders.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Must have ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills to work with all levels of staff and management.
