Cyber Security Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX

Summary of Position

Cyber Security Analyst will conduct overall vulnerability analysis, provides risk mitigation support, understands, detects and emulates adversary tactics, techniques and procedures.

Essential Job Requirements

-Assessing cyberspace terrain and conducting risk analysis to designated networks/systems

-Deploying, integrating and providing advanced protection capabilities

-Identifying adversary maneuvers; and mitigating adversary operations in and across cyberspace key terrain

-Understanding of DoD computer network operations attack, defense and exploitation concepts, practices and tools for unclassified and classified DoD computer networks

-Expertise in defense policy and techniques; information system exploits and remediation efforts; incident response processes (e.g., CJCSM 6510.01A, etc.); DoD and US Government (USG) information system (IS) accreditation and certification policies, standards, and governance (DoDI 8500.2 and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides)

Required Education

-Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Must hold active or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire one of the following certifications: CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH

Required Experience

At least 7 years of experience within Information Assurance or related area

Security Clearance

Active TS/SCI
