Pantera Capital is the first institutional investment firm focused exclusively on bitcoin, other digital currencies, and companies in the blockchain tech ecosystem. Pantera launched the first crypto-currency fund in the United States when bitcoin was at $65 /BTC in 2013. The firm subsequently launched the first exclusively-blockchain venture fund and is now raising its third venture fund. In 2017 Pantera was the first firm to offer a pre-auction ICO fund. Pantera Bitcoin Fund has returned over 11,000% in five years and has returned billions to its investors. Pantera currently manages $500mm in capital in seven funds in three product groups – passive, hedge, and venture funds.

We are looking for children of military veterans who are interested in interning this summer at Pantera’s Menlo Park office. We have limited spots available so please get in touch as soon as you can. Depending on experience, qualification, and interest, there may be opportunities to work on other projects at the firm in addition to the responsibilities described below.

• Possesses good technical skills, primarily in Microsoft Office applications and internet savvy
• Excellent personnel and project management skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)
These are not required but please let us know if you have any interest or experience with the following:
• PowerPoint
• InDesign and/or Photoshop
• Experience using an HTML editor
• Salesforce
• Digital Marketing Experience– Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Entering and updating data information into a variety of databases; Salesforce, company website, spreadsheets, etc.
• Internet research to find and add information on the firm’s customer base
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
• Writing and editing marketing content

DATES OF INTERNSHIP
The program will run from May 27 to August 26 and we will host 1-2 interns at a time for 4-6 weeks, each. We will determine each person’s individual start and end date depending on schedules. Please let us know if you will be unavailable anytime between May 27 and August 26 so we can adjust the schedule to accommodate your availability.

PAY
We pay an hourly rate depending upon what year you are in school
