Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) Contracts to Cash department has an opening for a Financial Analyst II role. This position within the Contracts to Cash department is crucial in the cycle of Contractual Closeout for Raytheon Company.

Job Description:

•Manage ICMS contract closeout status, documentation and communication
•Use independent judgment to analyze different contract types and understand the requirements presented in each. FAR knowledge will be used to understand customer requirements
•Review all contract documents on an ongoing basis, in order to close contracts appropriately
•Work across functions to evaluate requirements to close all contract types, using analysis and judgment
•Provide accurate and detailed status on contract closure actions to customers and internal Raytheon
◦Analyze data on an ongoing basis in order to provide the business with an accurate picture of closeout status
•Communicate to all levels of management, when required
•Understand and be able to communicate financial status of contracts, using APEX and legacy financial systems as needed
•Continually work towards process improvements
· Manage ICMS contract closeout status, documentation and communication

Required Skills:

•Contracts experience
•Strong analytical skills
•Understanding of FAR regulations and how they apply to Contract Closeout
•Excellent communication skills to all levels of management
•Work independently and solve complex issues with minimal direct supervision

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Finance or related discipline
