Roles/Responsibilities:

Project Director/ Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as the project lead and
Supervisor for all analysts assigned to the project. This position will be filled with an experienced education subject-matter expert to direct the activities of the staff in support of the USMC’s goals and objectives. PD will be responsible for all client deliverables and lead periodic/Quarterly/annual reviews.

Requirements:

Master of Science degree in Education or a related field, with significant experience in adult learning in multiple areas: instructional and assessment techniques, resident/face-to-face learning, distance learning, blended learning, simulation and coaching, faculty development, counseling and mentoring techniques.

Must be able to travel as needed and adhere to AFSC travel policies and procedures.
