About Richard

I am a retired Marine of 27 years, having served as both enlisted and officer. My Marine Corps career culminated in a tour as a Commanding Officer from where I began my transition to the civilian workforce. I have worked for a couple of different companies, one a primary player in the military industrial complex and the other in consulting. I am also the CEO of my own business, helping those that are in hard times and need help in getting back on their feet.
My passions are teaching and mentoring, regardless of service, government, or civilian workforce. I have a Master's in Business Administration, have served in acquisitions, joint, and many operational and supporting command and business environments. I have also taught at the collegiate and university level.
